I found ramhost and it's $1.49 per month and I thought for sure it's just going to be another lousy host, but I was surprised, it's one of the best cheap hosting companies I have used, my sites are fast, no downtime so far, and customer support is good too, if it stays that way, I will be with them for life. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=8499536&postcount=23
RamHost.us is a good option, downtime is nearly unheard of. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=8030911
When I had a problem and submitted a support ticket in the client area, RAM Host will always answer my questions in about one hour. I'm really satisfied with their quick response. And I'm satisfied with that my site loads fast on such cheap hosting service. If you’re looking for cheap VPS or shared hosting, you should give RAMhost a try. - http://www.vpnsurfing.com/2012/05/ramhost-cheapest-shared-hosting-i-am-using/
I submitted [my site] to reddit. To see my visits go up from about a hundred a day to twenty-thousand... I was shocked, happy and hoped my little RAM Host vps would hold. And it did, it was like, is this all ya got? The server held up pretty well, all of the uptime monitors did not report any failures. - http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/3825
I do have a VPS with RAMHost. 100% uptime so far. Great network and disk I/O. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=7846772&postcount=7
I've been a RamHost customer since they were very small. The beauty of them is even though they have grown quite a bit, they still provide customers with the same support that you would expect from a small hosting outfit. I have VPS's with BuyVM and Hostrail, but Ramhost is by far the most reliable and has the best uptime, speed, etc of the 3. - http://www.lowendtalk.com/questions/10095/top-low-end-vps-provider-poll-for-2011-q2
I got to say , ramhost. used the VPS service for a while [it] was a blast, solid server & support. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=7512914&postcount=21
Till now, I've been with ramhost for over 4 months, I feel it's time to share my experience here. Uptime: 10/10, no downtime except for my misconfiguration :P Support: 10/10, their staff is quite responsive in both tickets and IRC channel, helpful and knowledgeable. Performance: 9/10, considering the price, I'm satisfied with my VPS Network: 9/10, I've asked them to transfer my server from Kansas City to Atlanta and I think I've done a good choice. They do have real GigE connection in Atlanta. Price: 10/10, although they're not the cheapest, but their service is of high quality at relatively budget price. Conclusion: 9.6/10, ramhost will be a good choice for those seeking for stable service. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1052440
Ramhost is an excellent, reputable, reliable provider. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=7463721&postcount=9
Nothing but good things to say about Ramhost: you went beyond what is expected in setting up my VPS, and response to tickets was fast and knowledgeable. And the speed was unbelievable. Two thumbs up for unmanaged VPS, for sure. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=7437538&postcount=14
RAMHost has undersold and hence very stable nodes. They have one of the highest UNIXBench scores among LEB providers, and they are very transparent about everything. - http://www.lowendtalk.com/questions/64/low-end-vps-rankingrating-for-2010-q4
After having many experiences with various providers ultimately turned sour due to resource over-commitment, ramhost has been a solid choice. The hardware isn't fancy, but you will still get excellent performance because there are less VPSes battling for resources on a given node. I was hesitant to try a host with seemingly inferior hardware (older CPUs, no RAID 10, etc), but I must say that after getting setup I noticed a marked increased in my application snappiness and responsiveness. - http://www.lowendtalk.com/questions/64/low-end-vps-rankingrating-for-2010-q4
I Love RAMHost (have a Micro and a Nano), so far very stable, never have any issue, prompt support, reasonable pricing and flexible to upgrade and downgrade. - http://www.lowendtalk.com/questions/64/low-end-vps-rankingrating-for-2010-q4
I can say I recommend Ramhost.us to anyone who wants a stable unmanaged VPS server for a low price with very good up-time and support. - http://www.icethunder.net/2010/09/10/the-ramhost-us-vps-review-3/
The fact is that they have been able to provide a reliable and quality service in fraction of price. I have found Ramhost.us to be an excellent host whom I would recommend to everyone, anytime. Those who are looking for a budget VPS on those lines, you can't find a better match. - http://vpshostingindex.com/ramhost-6-months-review-a/
Another happy RAM Host customer. I'v been with them for about two months, and I have nothing but praises for them. The consistency and stability of their nodes are exemplary. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=6991382&postcount=11
Of all the providers I spread service across, RamHost is the only one that has been consistent 100%, no issues. 1 year, 1 ticket, and that was just to ask a question. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=6983837&postcount=9
According to the experience of past 6 months, I feel signing up with Ramhost is the best hosting decision I have made in 7-8 years of my online endeavors. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=945281
I've been with Ramhost for many months and they have been rock solid. They offer reasonable resources for the money and they don't oversell out the wazoo so I've gotten consistent performance throughout all those months. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=6755670&postcount=11
My Opinion FANTASTIC 100% uptime for the last 3 month and i hope this will last forever. RAMHOST is outstanding for cheap, uptime and reliability. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=921278
The server is SUPER fast! low latency! and their support is simply amazing! Someone will respond to your request in minutes, and the support person goes out of his way to help customers. - http://frankleng.me/2009/10/07/finding-the-perfect-virtual-private-server-vps/
I have nothing but HIGH praise for Ram-Host. I think so much of them I have 6 VPS Standard accounts. Their Tier1 bandwidth really makes things fly. I have never had a problem getting support within a timely manner and you can't beat their price/feature. I had done some extensive speed testing with 5 other webhosts comparing VPS and non-VPS servers and Ram-Host beat them all hands down! - http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/ram-host-2-99-64mb-openvz-vps/
RAM Host Admin gave me Great support without any complaints. I Like RAM Host and the Admin is friendly and always ready to help. I didn't had any problems with them no downtime and no slowness. Just Great. If you want a cheap VPS I recommend RAM Host - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=890054
This VPS provider is impressive. My vps has been up almost 2 weeks now and it is lightning fast. I have several other lowend VPSes and this one by far is the zippiest. Thanks for bumping it up to 80MB of Ram, I'm sure that will come in handy! It seems like you guys are a lot less oversold than these other providers, so I can see why you cant afford to give out as much RAM as some of these other guys. - http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/ram-host-2-99-64mb-openvz-vps/
The activation took 1 hr , after that I was lost because it was my first VPS to get and its unmanaged, so I asked the owner to help me, He spent 1 hour giving me tutorials about shell command and how can i install mysql and webmin and how to secure my VPS. I am really satisfied, everything is great there and the servers are amazing. - http://www.theadminzone.com/forums/showthread.php?p=457051
RAM Host are an excellent provider, and support is top notch. I've referred friends to them, and they agree with me. Great performance, great support and excellent uptime. - http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/ram-host-2-99-64mb-openvz-vps/
After a long search for webhosts that would suite my needs I found RAM Host, which is by far the best in my opinion. My initial criteria were gentoo, 64MB of ram, 5GB or more of storage space, at least 100GB of bandwidth a month, and the most important part: less than $10 a month. I signed up pretty quickly and within a few hours my VPS was ready. The best part of the whole process was the support I received from the owner of RAM Host. - http://thelastack.com/?p=5
They have excellent internet connection speeds and their support is perfect in every way. Their custom VPS panel makes it easy to reload os, restart and stop your virtual machine. It also shows live memory usage, bandwidth usage and your disk space left. I have seen other companies and how much they charge. I saw the same VPS set up I have for $15 for an average of $40 - $50. I have had no problem with them what so ever and I think if you are looking to go with a VPS machine as your solution you should give them a try. - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?p=6329942
The price $2.99/m is very attractive. The lowest price in the market. They also provide console access in case you reload your OS/knock yourself out by wrong ssh config, etc. The control panel is ugly, but it does work. - http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/ram-host-2-99-64mb-openvz-vps/
No issues as of a month of service. We had about 2 hrs of downtime yesterday due to a DDOS (I realize these things happen). RAM credited affected clients with 2 weeks of service, which seems more than fair considering the downtime and has taken steps to make sure a single host can't saturate the entire bandwidth. Also happy about the progress of backups and RDNS! - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=871190
